At Voyageur Soap & Candle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Review Eligibility
Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that fragrance oils and essential oils are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
